About TDHCA’s Manufactured Housing Division

The Manufactured Housing Division is an independent entity within TDHCA, with its own governing board and executive director. The Division is responsible for maintaining ownership (title) records, recording and releasing tax liens, performing installation and habitability inspections, resolving consumer complaints, regulating the industry, and licensing manufacturers, retailers, brokers, installers, and salespersons.
